Strategic Management in Improving the Quality of Islamic Religious Education Learning

This article analyses strategies to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning. Descriptive analysis, which began with observation, interviews, and documentation, was used. Therefore, various types data were collected related research problem. Data verification conducted, interpreted obtain answers. The results showed that teacher's program administrative preparation, innovative varied methods using media, practice, memorization, deposit, writing Qur'an. principal programs performed motivation, cooperation, assignments, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly review Meanwhile, evaluations focused not on essays multiple choice questions but open attitude assessments. Supporting factors are principal's policy, complete facilities infrastructure, educators, high internal external inhibiting arising from teachers unbalanced facilities. Concerning required efforts, always participate in training activities seminars, school continues add a few In conclusion, strategy for improving learning is based teacher programs, student morals, achievement.
